Reporting a change in an airline’s rules
Reports from travellers help us catch changes quickly. To let us verify and fix it in one go, please include:
- the airline and the bag type (carry-on, personal item or checked bag);
- a link to the airline’s official page that shows the new rule;
- what our site shows and what the airline says, for example "site says 55 × 40 × 20 cm, airline now says 55 × 40 × 23 cm";
- if it matters, the route, fare or cabin the rule applies to.
We check every report against the airline’s official page before changing anything, so the site stays accurate for everyone.
What we cannot help with
Carry On Size Checker is an independent information site, not an airline or travel agency. We cannot see or change bookings, add bags, issue refunds, trace lost luggage or overturn a decision made at the airport. For those, please contact your airline directly. Each airline page on our site links to that airline’s official baggage page.
